Dominic Connolly
Following a 25-year career in finance in London, New York & Sydney, Dominic returned to the UK in early 2011. Based now near Stratford upon Avon he has since project managed and delivered many new builds, conversions, and renovations throughout the Midlands over the last ten years. Grasping the opportunities that the recent changes in permitted development rights has yielded, he has unlocked many previously abandoned and neglected sites, to create wonderful living spaces.
Recent projects have included high end new build family homes, renovations, and several barn conversions.
Rob Whisson
Over his corporate career Rob has been a senior business leader at Jaguar Land Rover Plc, Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, Harley-Davidson Europe and Peugeot Motor Company Plc. After 26 years’ experience on the commercial side of the Automotive industry and with a passion for property, Rob decided to setup a property development company specialising in Residential and Commercial conversions, recently project managing and exiting a £2M conversion of an historic 3 storey factory building to 13 luxury apartments. Recognising the importance of the right team and the right finance, Rob has built a trusted network and structured private finance on a number of property development projects.
